Assessment
Free aptitude assessment
Free aptitude assessment online: timed multiple-choice practice (Core or Marathon), instant score report, and email summary. No account required to take the test on FitCV.
Employers still use timed aptitude screens to separate fluent résumés from people who can reason under pressure. FitCV’s free aptitude assessment mirrors that format: multiple-choice items, a hard clock, and a one-page score report when you finish.
This is practice for hiring screens—not a licensed clinical instrument and not a guarantee of any employer’s cutoff. Use it to learn how you pace yourself, where you stall, and which item types deserve a second look before a real process.
What this assessment covers
Items mix pattern recognition, short logic prompts, and quantitative judgment of the kind many graduate and early-career screens reuse. Core is thirty questions in thirty minutes; Marathon stretches to forty-five questions in sixty minutes with a harder tail.
You will not see the same question bank twice in a row when you restart, and the report summarizes accuracy and timing so you can tell speed mistakes from knowledge gaps.
How to prepare without grinding endlessly
Warm up with one Core run, review the report, then rest before Marathon. Sleep and a quiet room beat last-minute cram sheets. If numbers feel rusty, pair this with the numerical practice track; if reading denser prompts is the bottleneck, use verbal practice next.
When a real employer sends a link, treat FitCV as a dress rehearsal: same full-screen focus, same refusal to tab-hop, same habit of flagging hard items and returning only if time remains.
